Howdy,

Hmm.  This sounds suspiciously like the problem in seek_sub_file
that cropped up earlier.  Could you please try removing the call
to fseek in that function, and always using fgetc?  Also, could
you let us know what version of BusyBox you are using?

Erik was nice enough to set up a libc5 testing environment for me,
but I am unable to reproduce your problem with the latest CVS
version.  My libc5 is 5.4.46-3.
