new applets lpr,lpq (update)

hi list,
some time ago i had already posted an lpr/lpq applet. The applets now share some code.
The diff apply against bb-1.9.0.

I think these commands are important because bb will become a full replacement for the current
commands, and who does not want to print ?

Please apply

BTW to have a nice printing system we still need more support tools
