[BusyBox] new applet: lpr

Hi list,
i am nearly ready to release my lpr as new applet.
since I do not want to send the whole source into the ml
what is next ? how can i contribute ?

(the FAQ mentions only patches i think this is a bit more)

I had no idea where to place lpr so i added a new section called lpr (to 
be renamed as printing-tools ?),
should i send these patches also ?
