[BusyBox] run-parts applet

I've done little tests with the new bb's layout and the applet seems
to work (with the correction from David :-).  The original run-parts
came from debianutils, so what is the "right way" to add it? I have
to create a new directory called debianutils (this is what I've
currently done) o add run-parts to a directory that already exist
(I've seen that start-stop-daemon is in the init directory, although
in Debian it came from the dpkg package).


PS. Wow! The menuconfig interface is very cool! :-)
