Normal gzip implementations do not create such files,
but some obscure ones do.
Approximately in the middle of this file, probably inside
250379 byte tarred file 2e/icons/pizzamenu.bit, there is
a gzip state with all zero length codes.
Handling of it on unpack was fixed in gzip-1.3.12.
