precompiled uclibc for mipsel system not downloadable

So it is downloading it :)

Either try   wget -cN \
http://www.uclibc.org/downloads/root_fs_mipsel.ext2.bz2

or do lynx http://www.uclibc.org/downloads/
go to the file you want to download and press the usual 'd' to download
the file.

or "save link target as" in your favourite graphical browser's context menu.
