Busybox build error with glibc < 2.25

Hi,

This is the same issue for which I added a patch a few days ago:

Perhaps, that last patch got lost through all my trial-and-error revisions.
I've tested it on a 2.6.37 kernel and on my Ubuntu 2022.04 where I
compiled it twice,
once with HAVE_SYS_RANDOM_H, and a second time without. (using #undef)
