Setting up to load firmware?

enable the option in the kernel for loading firmware at runtime, enable the 
mdev firmware loading option in busybox, and then write the path to mdev to 
/proc/sys/kernel/hotplug.  put the firmware files into /lib/firmware/ like 
normal.  that's it.
