[PATCH] 'make doc-clean' does not delete 'docs/busybox.net'

Hello all,

I have noticed that 'make doc-clean' does not delete the directory 
'docs/busybox.net'.

I attach a (trivial) patch solving this.

It could also be a good idea to make 'doc-clean' a prerequisite of 
'distclean'.
