FYI: BusyBox ash as subshell in mc (Midnight Commander)

Sorry if this is slightly off-topic, but I have extended mc to support
BB ash (and also Debian ash = dash, by the way) as a subshell. No more
compiling a heavyweight bash for your embedded systems just to have
subshell support on otherwise BB-driven systems.
