RFC: dterm applet

After getting sick of using minicom for a terminal emulator, I went
looking for alternatives and have fallen in love with dterm...

8.6k is a bit steep for this applet, but I'm not sure where to start
trimming (and am open to suggestions).

Attached is a .c file that adds this as an applet to busybox.  My
suggested location is miscutils.  I did use the new comment style
KConfig so it should be a drop + .config change.
