I will look at alias address, that's new to me.

We have a 2nd Ethernet I can run on 192.168 to watch the storm from a
safe distance.

I'll have a look at init, and vda's method too....

Not sure if they give em anything I don't get from a shell script, but
that's what makes learning interesting.
