I need a pre-compiled version of curl for uClibc/ARM/EABI to test this 
directly on my board.  Can you provide me with one?

Alternatively I need a way to cause an arbitrary delay in the delivery of IP 
packets. Do you know of any easy way to do so (short that writing a special 
proxy program)?
