[RFC] make FIRST_SYSTEM_UID, LAST_SYSTEM_UID, FIRST_SYSTEM_GID, LAST_SYSTEM_GID configurable?

Hi,
I'm writing to know if there is any interest in making
FIRST_SYSTEM_UID, LAST_SYSTEM_UID, FIRST_SYSTEM_GID, LAST_SYSTEM_GID
for adduser and addgroup configurable through the menuconfig
system. I'm thinking about it because i'm trying to better fit
busybox in the Android dev phone 1 cupcake firmware (1.5),
to integrate and where possible substitute the rather poor
written toolbox applets. So far I've set up a good working
shadow passwd system and passwd protected su
for obtaining root privileges. To better comply
with the rather exotic android user management
I need to change FIRST_SYSTEM_UID, LAST_SYSTEM_UID
(and FIRST_SYSTEM_GID, LAST_SYSTEM_GID) respectively to 1000 and 9999
and so a config feature would be handy rather than mantaine
a separate patchset.
