sendmail patch

* do not try by default to uuencode plain message without attachments
* added FEATURE_SENDMAIL_SSL: openssl helper is now of optional support
* added FEATURE_SENDMAIL_MAILX: subject, charset and attachments are now of optional support
* postfix sendmail compatibility options are added and ignored
* -oi is implied so lone dots are always screened
* subject is now handled in more compatible way:
	1) it is not uuencoded unless charset is explicitly specified
	2) subject supplied on cmdline has priority of one possibly read from message itself
* -F fullname support added
* From: header is appended iff -F option is given
