SUDO package

Greeting everyone, 

First of all i'm pretty new to busybox so please forgive my ignorance. I would like to have the "sudo" included in the busybox. I did some search and found out that there is this patch at http://bugs.busybox.net/view.php?id=511. However i'm not sure how to include it to the busybox. 
I'll really appreciate any help.
