how to use telnetd of busybox

i use busybox-1.3.2 for my board
and i want to run telnetd in buysbox
on the target(192.168.81.100), in start with command:$telnetd -d


telnet
Trying 192.168.81.100...
Connected to 192.168.81.100 (192.168.81.100).
Escape character is '^]'.
Connection closed by foreign host.
