no.

no. the idea of buildroot is to allow you to easily build up a bunch of
packages into a final usable image. validation on configuration options is
generally left up to the builder who is assumed to know what they're
designing.
but all of this is something you should take up with the buildroot list, not
the busybox list. i imagine if you assisted with cross-config verification,
many people would thank you. i dont personally use buildroot though so no
thanks from me ! :p
