builtin-commands + sash

Hi all,
The latest version of sash, sash-3.7, has more
built-in commands than busybox-1.9.0.

I can still see that an applet or two use part of code
from sash(e.g., archival/tar.c) but was there any
particular reason why more commands from sash were not
pulled in as builin-in commands to busybox?

Any pointers are greatly appreciated.
