hi list,
i have merged the latest suggestions into
i did some clean up (removed #if 0), merged printf statements and removed the double checked option

someone may want to make better use of opt_complementary i am not sure who to fix all the
required options combinations.

I have added the -D option (dump), it is useful for debugging and because it is the only way to dump
the whole wtmp i left it.

Hello VDA,

 if no more bugs are found i suggest that you add it to the svn. feel free to remove my ID tag.
