FATAL: kernel too old

Hello all,
 
I got a problem while tryin' to install busybox on RHEL 3.
I've been looking for a rpm to install this the easiest way, and it's seems it's finally not ... I've found three of em, which I tested, and sent me the same error message:
- busybox-1.6.1-2.fc8.i386.rpm
- busybox-1.2.0-4.i386.rpm
- busybox-1.01-3.i386.rpm
 
(The 0.60.5 version is workin', but I need the rpm applet, which is not implemented in this version  ...)
 
The message is:
# busybox
FATAL: kernel too old
Segmentation fault

I've also tried to compile the 1.7.1 version, but got an error with taskset
