[bug] undefined reference to `plus_minus_num'

Trunk bb-build fails with:

findutils/lib.a(find.o): In function `parse_params':
find.c:(.text.parse_params+0x1b0): undefined reference to `xregcomp'
find.c:(.text.parse_params+0x201): undefined reference to `plus_minus_num'

if:

# CONFIG_FEATURE_FIND_MTIME is not set
# CONFIG_FEATURE_FIND_MMIN is not set
# CONFIG_FEATURE_FIND_PERM is not set

Minimal .config attached.
