the boards boot with dhcp and fallback to zcip when no dhcp server is
on the network.

When a board gets an API call to reconfigure some network interface
(e.g. to static) that is running zcip, the zcip daemon keeps on
overriding the new network settings.

Killing the zcip daemon instance and then reconfiguring the network
seems to be the most easy way to do so. I guess it must be a similar
reasoning as udhcpd has.
