format a harddisk

Dear Sirs,

I would like to format a harddisk through commands provided by BusyBox. I
found that mke2fs is
a Linux command for root to do it. While in BusyBox, this command is still
provided? And is there another
command to format a harddisk as FAT32 or FAT16?
