Problem with udhcp not working

hai,

i am building tiny linux system with busy box in a 1.44 mb floppy. every
thing is fine . i am able to boot with floppy and get the # prompt.
But the real problem is when i am giving the udhcpc command at the # prompt
i am getting the following error.

The above error i am getting.
Can anyone give me the solution and i need sample default.script file
