Only my source: may safely be consumed by a BSD or GPL license.
As second author: previous license.
For patchs: no a license. If it have a hard work, then added (c) line only
with comment the work.

But it has no sense. I do not wish to change the license for my work,
but why you compel me it to make?
If you wish to spit frankly on the author actively participating in common
development, why you continue to use my work? Remove all my work and we shall
finish with it for ever. I can support it itself.

I already am afraid to express in this mailist as the maintainer will make
with the offered idea on the further development exactly on the contrary ;-)
