patch: unzip succeeds with CRC errors

i forgot to answer the second part of this.  i believe unzip's
behavior is now acceptable -- any errors for which if fails
immediately are errors which require external tools to remedy.
things like permissions problems, node incompatibility, disk
full, etc.  trying to proceed in the face of those errors is
unnecessary, in my opinion.  (the argument for crc errors was
better, since the only tool that can work around the errors is
the extraction program itself.)
