[Patch] fix a wrong comment in dos2unix

Hi Rob,
Sorry for the inconvenience, but i forget two wrong and misleading 
comments in dos2unix.c.
This patch fixes them. No code changes.

Thanks in advance. Please apply or if you prefer it remove
the two comments from the code.
