tail -c 1 /dev/mtd3 hangs (v1.1.3)

Hi all,

tail -c works on textfiles. But not on device nodes anymore.

In BusyBox v1.1.3

	tail -c 1 /dev/mtd3

hangs. In BusyBox v1.00 it was working.

Though
	cat /dev/mtd3 | tail -c 1

works.
