I probably removed it from my copy but didn't check it in.  (Downside of the 
to-do heap growing to "beware of falling rocks" proportions...)

We seem to have cleared up the warnings except the new one in 
miscutils/taskset.c.  Even allbareconfig is otherwise warning-free...
