about the init in busybox

hello,everyone:
    I'm using busybox-1.00 in the smdk2410 and linux-2.6.17.
    I embeded systems ,we usually use init=/linuxrc as a command line
parameter.And I want to know how to find
the busybox standard init and the inittab ,and how to modify them?
    Thank you.
