[PATCH] syslog.h clean up

Hi,
in my attempt to standardise the syslog usage in bb
this is a first clean up patch that removes 
all unneeded occurrences of #include <syslog.h>
and a few redundant includes.
This is tested and compiles fine at least on my box.
