[RFC/PATCH] new applets from runit package

Hello,

The below patch adds runsv, runsvdir, sv, svlogd and chpst
applets. Code is adapted from from http://smarden.org/runit/

I think I heed to work a bit on making them smaller,
but it already looks not too bad:
