list of desired BB applets anywhere?

The thread from a few days ago that I started about small todo items should
give people plenty to begin with, I reckon - Rob's todo list was daunting...

That thread made me think that maybe it's time to set up a better todo
system - the current TODO list doesn't seem to match up with the todo lists
that people posted, and people should be able to submit requests (currently
they need SVN access to update the document). Perhaps an addition to the bug
tracker?
