query_module syscall on 2.6.x

Hi, there -

it seems that query_module is gone for 2.6.x, thus building bbox for a 2.6.9 arm-linux kernel failed when insmod untils are included, due to a missing query_module syscall; any idea or work around for the problem. insmod/lsmod are really inevitable during development cycle;-)
