[PATCH] klogd size reduction

Hi,
this patch reduces the size of klogd by using 
bb_getopt_ulflags and  bb_xgetlarg.
I've tested it a bit and it seems to work
correctly.
The only doubt I have is about the correct
 min and max value for the log level:
1-8 or 0-7.
So please take a look at it and let me know.
Size reduction is:
   text    data     bss     dec     hex filename
    625       0       0     625     271 sysklogd/klogd.o.orig
    596       0       0     596     254 sysklogd/klogd.o
