modutils config dependencies fix

Hi all!

While on my work on modprobe, I made a fix on modutils config dependencies.

CONFIG_FEATURE_2_6_MODULES is used by insmod, rmmod and modprobe, so I moved
it from depending only on insmod to depending on one of those three. I added
a comment for it.

Also added a comment for CONFIG_FEATURE_CHECK_TAINTED_MODULE depending on
lsmod and insmod.

Also removed useless spaces in front of descriptions as they are added when
interpreted as dependencies.
