Summary: Add applet to redirect console output via ioctl(...,
TIOCCONS)
Description:
I've written a tiny utility 'getcons' to redirect the system console's
output to the current tty. Very useful on embedded systems without
(permanent) serial console.

Now, I've integrated it with busybox. Patch included. (Patch may be put to
package/busybox for testing within buildroot.)

Cheers,
Enrik
