[BusyBox] Background Processes hanging init startup scripts

I fixed by dropbear problem .. i had -E in there.. which aparently ..
you can't log to stderr if its running in background. working on syslogd
still
the line calling syslogd is just '/sbin/syslogd' are there any options
or files required to just run it locally ?
