[patch] writing pidfiles

Following my previous thread from a few months ago,
here is a patch that implements pidfile writing and
applies it to crond and syslogd.
I have been using it without problems for a few months.
To optimize size further, bb_writepidfile could be used
in fakeidentd, inetd and udhcpd, which also write
pidfiles.
I guess it's too late for inclusion in busybox 1.1, since
this is a new feature but I think it should be integrated
eventually.
