busybox 1.01 make config shadow passwd

Hello,

configuring busybox 1.01 with CONFIG_USE_BB_PWD_GRP support and
CONFIG_PASSWD only, configure doesn't ask for
CONFIG_FEATURE_SHADOWPASSWDS and its set to No by default.

In my environment I doesn't need these applets:

*
* Common options for adduser, deluser, login, su
*

only passwd. I think this should be fixed and ask for
CONFIG_FEATURE_SHADOWPASSWDS also if CONFIG_PASSWD selected.
