[BusyBox] udhcpd patch

I've got to patch busybox' udhcpd to support static leases, so there is
ability to define MAC - IP pairs. Config example:

interface eth0
address 192.168.0.2 00:0a:e4:4d:d7:6d
address 192.168.0.3 00:50:56:c0:00:01
8<--------------------------------------------------

It may be not the best solution, but it works for me.
