[BusyBox] syslogd requested feature

Hi all,

we need a small syslogd here which is capable of doing remote logging.
Busybox support this but it seems it is a bit sensitive to failure.
If the remote syslog host is not reachable as syslogd start it won't start.
Also if the remote syslogd is not reachable for a amount of time the
specific logs are dropped.

It would be better to failover to local (rotate) logging if the remote
syslog is not reachable.

Can somehow explain how I can implement this in the busybox-syslogd source?
Better would be if a leet-coder can do this tiny job for me :)
