[BusyBox] raidtools patch

I have a patch that provides some raidtools.

Im trying to test it on loop devices but im having problems with the
arrays not resyncing (using upstream and my patch)

If someone is into raid and can help me with some testing id appreicate
it.

Its currenly 20kB providing mkraid, raid0run, raidhotadd,
raidhotgenerateerror, raidhotremove, raidsetfaulty, raidstart, raidstop

Still needs some cleaning up, using the new getopt stuff, adding usage,
help, some more defines, and probably some other minor things.
