[BusyBox] can't access tty: job control turned off

While I'm at it:

I'm making a boot floppy with 1.00-pre3 and uClibc 0.9.21.
When I boot, I get:

Enter 'help' for a list of built in commands.

-sh: can't access tty; job control turned off
  -sh: echo: Function not implemented
  -sh: echo: Function not implemented
  -sh: echo: Function not implemented
  -sh: echo: Function not implemented
  / #

This problem also appeared in 1.00-pre2, but not in 0.60.5.

Glenn McGrath suggested that the -n option for echo might not be set,
but both "echo (basic SUSv3 version taking no options" and "Enable echo
options (-n and -e) ARE set.

Cheers,
Gad
