[BusyBox] Problem with telnetd daemon.

Busybox CVS-version configured placing telnetd to /usr/sbin.

Please activate syslogd (temporary but best for always) to your target busybox 
system.
Applets from inetd can`t show problem to stderr, only for syslog.
You can show problem after.
