[BusyBox] CVS Access issue

I've been having this problem for a while now, but last night Dave Anders figured out that it is a protocol problem with CVS, and upgrading to CVS 1.11.2 seems to fix the problem.  I just tried it out, and a CVS co from busybox.net was successful.
