[BusyBox] Segmentation fault on all

Hi,

Using RH, kernel 2.2.12 and busybox 0.60.5

I'm a firsttimer on Busybox. Compiled and tested - works great, 
but when running from within INITRD, I get Segmentation fault
on all commands. Tried a minium compile with mount, umount,gzip
but same result. Busybox static linked and included in the
initrd image.

Am I missing something?
Have anyone else seen this before?

Any help is very much appreciated!
