[BusyBox] pivot_root with HardHat 2.0

Dear BusyBox Dudes,

After consulting with a colleague by pretending he was a tube of
toothpaste, I was able to squeeze the additional information from him on
configuring the initial RAM disk and the Disk-on-Chip.

When pivot_root is executed, the execution path, PATH, and library
path, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, are now pointing to the same directories on the
Disk-on-Chip. One must add soft links to the respective execution and
library directories on the Disk-on-Chip to point to the new initial RAM disk
sub-directory. Now, when a program is executed, the path to the executable
is unbroken.
