[BusyBox] dmalloc debug tokens

Attached is a patch to Makefile which adds more verbose comments about
dmalloc, in particular which tags are being used. The mentioned tags are
the same as the previous debug= value except for allow-free-null which i
added.

Im now the debian package maintainer for dmalloc, its been compiled to
support logging free(NULL) attempts rather than automatically causing an
exception, so the allow-free-null tag can actually be used with debians
dmalloc at least.
